At BAKITI GROUP SARL, we are committed to providing a transparent, professional service that respects the rights of our clients. This refund policy specifies the conditions under which a refund may be requested or granted for the services we offer.

  1. Scope of the Policy

This policy applies to all services sold or booked via the site https://bakitigr-immo.com, including:

  • Travel and booking services (flights, hotels, transfers)
  • Immigration or settlement assistance services
  • Any other service contracted through BAKITI GROUP SARL
  1. General Conditions for Refunds

A refund may be considered in the following cases:

  • Cancellation of the service by our company (unavailability, force majeure, etc.)
  • Verified billing or payment error
  • Unjustified delay on our part
  • Non-fulfillment of a pre-paid service (according to contractual conditions)

In all cases, the request must comply with the deadlines and conditions described below.

  1. Deadline for Refund Requests

Any refund request must be submitted in writing (email or contact form) within 7 working days following the incident or the scheduled service date.

  1. Processing Procedures

The request must include:

  • Client's name and contact details
  • Booking number or contract reference
  • Clear reason for the request
  • Supporting evidence (email, receipt, etc.)

The processing of the request will take 7 to 15 working days.

  1. Specific Cases

a) Travel Bookings (flights, hotels, etc.)

Confirmed services (tickets, non-refundable bookings) are subject to the provider's conditions (airlines, hotels, etc.).

If cancellation is possible, cancellation fees will be deducted from the refunded amount.

No refund will be issued if the client does not show up (no-show) or cancels outside the allowed timeframe.

b) Immigration/Assistance Services

Application fees and administrative costs incurred are non-refundable once processing has begun.

If the client withdraws before the procedure starts, a partial refund may be granted, minus handling fees.

No refund will be issued in case of visa denial or if the client fails to provide the required documents on time.

c) Force Majeure

No liability is incurred for delays or cancellations due to events beyond our control (natural disasters, political unrest, administrative closures, pandemics, etc.). However, we will consider commercial solutions on a case-by-case basis.

  1. Refund Methods

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used by the client, unless a written agreement is made for a credit note or another solution:

  • Bank transfer
  • Credit card refund
  • Credit note usable for a future service

No cash refunds will be issued.

  1. Exclusions

No refunds will be granted in the following cases:

  • Unjustified refusal or lack of cooperation from the client
  • Fraud or attempts to manipulate the system
  • Late cancellation without acceptable justification
  • Partially consumed or executed services
  • Non-fulfillment due to the client's error, negligence, or omission
  1. Disputes

In the event of a dispute or disagreement regarding a refund request, an amicable settlement attempt will be initiated. If no agreement is reached, the competent courts in Casablanca will be contacted.
